Mind Body Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mind Body Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a combination of Yoga and Meditation

It is generally accepted by the medical and therapeutic community that MBSR:

•Effectively teaches participants to become more responsible in the management of their own health, vitality and healing
•Dramatically reduces anxiety, depression, hostility and other afflictive emotions
•Significantly increases the ability to cope more effectively with both short and long-term difficulties (stressors) in life
