Don’t know that I have ever been so touched as the $20 that was left for me while I was out this morning. It was from a man that heard about the trip and has struggled mightily with addictions most of his life. He had to travel a great distance to give me the money. As great as the distance was, is the fact that in his world $20 is a lot of money. Can not help but think that it most likely cost him $20 in travel just to give me the money. His twenty dollars will move two bikes 100 miles. On the surface that may not seem like much but he believed enough in what we were doing from his own experiences that he was willing to make the effort he did. This will be the first hundred miles for both of us and know i will think of him every time I pull up to a gas pump.
