The case for a unanimous verdict in death sentencing.

Time and time again both the courts, American Bar Association and others have riled against Florida sentencing for the death penalty. What I did not realize is that Florida is the only state in the Union ro require 7 men and women to vote for the death penalty.

For over 60 consecutive years, the state of Florida has exceeded the national average in a line that parallels the violent crime ratios of the US. No other state in the union as done so in such a fashion.
