Florida law is no law

Florida law is no law. The law on the books is only the law as long as the perpetrators don’t have a strong and financially powerful advocacy group. This was the case with the murder of Frank Valdes who was an inmate at Florida State Prison and is the case with Robert Champion at FAMU.

If you read the newspaper articles, the two scripts are similar. In both cases the logic is tortured.

From the New York Times What Is Wrong at Florida A&M? and from the Miami Herald A violent homicide isn’t hazing provide all the background needed on the Florida A&M murder.

The only point missing is a list of the advocacy groups in the background.
