Gov. Scott requests review of 3 justices’ actions

This is only act one of what may very well turn out to be an attempt at an end run around the courts to further the political aims of the governor.

He has been checked by the court on more than one initiative of his and the Republican legislature.

It will most likely take the better part of the year for a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) investigation and then a removal of the three judges. It will be interesting to see if they are ones that have voted against three of his benchmark initiatives and also how he goes about stacking the deck with new judges.

Bear in mind that the chief of FDLE is also a Gov. Scott appointee.
