FDLE: Scott transition emails deleted accidentally

A clean bill of health from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is not exactly a ringing endorsement of honesty and integrity. This is the same agency that gave the Dozier Boys School a clean bill of health as to child abuse less than a year prior to the Feds sweeping down on it and closing it for child abuses. This is the same agency that hid tapes in the death of Anderson who was a teen ager in a Panama City Boot Camp. This is the same agency that did the investigation in the botched prosecution of Frank Valdes murder at Florida State Prison. This is the same agency that did not put Sec Crosby in jail or prison for the corruption in the Department of Corrections. So, calling Governor Scott’s email deletions an ‘oversight’ could be construed ‘guilty as charged at best and politics as usual at worst.’ And the beat goes on.
