The issue of Drones as a part of our life and culture is beginning to take on a life of its own. As this New York Times article mentions, drones have been and are being used in places we have yet to know about and in most cases it is a killing mission.
As much as that is the fact that drone pilots are learning to fly and use drones by tracking cars on the highways of the US. Think no so much in terms of surveillance but killing that has been going on around the world.
It is only a small jump from killing someone in the Philippines to New Mexico. All in the name of combating terrorism. It the SWAT teams can’t get it right on the street just how many drones are going to get it right at 2,000 feet?
