On prisons, no legislative power play

After I finished reading the editorial, I was reminded about a like article where the prison system was accused of corruption in the phone contracts that appeared in the Wall Street Journal. This has been an interesting power play and as I read the editorial, it occurred to me, just how many legislative actions in the state of Florida have been muscled through by a few legislatures in like committees. On prisons, no legislative power play
