Corruption breeds corruption

Bank of America 2I think this is a new in the mojo of this great country. “… Chicago’s next U.S. attorney faces a dilemma sprung from the twin evils  bedeviling America’s third-largest city.

Should he zero in on Illinois’ deep pool of political corruption with the  resolve of his predecessor, who sent two governors to prison? Or should he  devote even more resources to the gang- and drug-related violence that has  claimed hundreds of lives?….”

However, the really sad part is that this is the place where the president of the United States earned his political spurs.

Then again, our president’s political mentor and close friend was Bill Ayers who wrote the Prairie Fire Document that launched the Weather Underground.

The quotes above were scanned directly from a now long-forgotten book entitled Prairie Fire: The Politics of Revolutionary Anti-Imperialism, which was written and published in 1974 by William Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn and other members of the Weather Underground. In this slim volume, which functioned as the Weather Underground’s ideological manifesto, Ayers declares himself to be a communist, and announces that his group’s bombing campaign was intended to start a violent revolution to overthrow the American government.
